Happy hump day! Yay! Sharing a Workout Wednesday on the blog today. If you know our workouts you know that they are fast pace, but simple, quick and leave you feeling accomplished after! Take a look below and DM us on Instagram with any questions you have!
Step 1:
10 Push-ups
10 Jump Squats holds (hold for 5 seconds, then jump and go right into the next hold)
15 triceps- (Sometimes I use a coffee table or a chair if I’m at home)
50 Mountain Climbers (these are a pain but gets the heart racing)
Step 2: ABS
40 Russian Twists
30 Toe Touches
20 Crunches
**REPEAT and alternate STEPS 1 & 2- Three total times**
Step 3: CARDIO
I usually love getting outside, but since it’s been so out in MA we wanted to show you a quick treadmill workout

Warm up first couple minutes on 5.5
Jog on 6.5 speed for 1 mile
Jog/ sprint till 2 miles // sprint for 30 seconds at 8.5/ 9 speed and jog the other 30 seconds
REPEAT until you hit 2 miles
Leggings – Tee – Vest – Sneakers – Hat
Sherpa Jacket – Joggers – Sneakers – Purse – Waffle Top
