Hi guys! With it getting so close to the new year I wanted to share a workout Wednesday for how I am getting motivated for this coming year!
First I am setting goals:
- Joining the gym! Last year Kate & I had a great schedule and loved going to the gym after work everyday. I love doing workouts outside, but now it is wayyy too cold here in MA and I will be more productive inside!
- Strong. Build muscle
- Get my heart rate up everyday
These are very simple goals, but it is something that I wanted to stick with in the coming months. With it being so chilly out all I want to make sure that I am staying active and keeping my body healthy.
Drink more water.
- I just went to the doctors and she told me that the minimum amount of water/ day is about half you body weight in ounces. I’m lucky if I finish one 16.9oz water bottle!! AH so bad.
- I can already see a difference in my skin and I’m not getting as many headaches from drinking more water
Find motivation:
- New workout gear always helps me! // just got these sneaks!
- feeling confident and happy with yourself
Treat yourself:
- We always end each workout with a coffee…because that itself is motivation! ๐

try this quick workout:
- jog/ sprint for 20 minutes on the treadmill. jog at a good pace for 1 minute, sprint for 3o second. Once you warm up sprint for 1 minute.
- 15 push ups, 15 sit ups, 30 Russian twists, 15 jump squats
- REPEAT 3 sets of these push ups/ abs!
