I can’t believe it’s Wednesday already! Loving the shorter week thanks to Labor Day, but really getting sad about the changes fall is about to bring! Anne’s Fall Motivation blog from yesterday really is helping getting me motivated! I actually love Fall but hate how the days are about to get shorter as we will loose more and more sunlight every day. ย As you guys probably have seen some of our favorite workouts have been outside on a turf field or track rather than a gym!
Here is one of our favorite workouts to do while its still nice out!
Most of our workouts usually are part running and part bodyweight things! Let us know if you have any questions ๐
PART ONE
Half Gassers- using the with of a football field sprint/hard run to on end and back. There and back is ONE rep. *If you don’t have a football field around you can do this on the track to the 50 yd line.
- Do 2 Half Gassers (there and back) rest 30 seconds between each rep.
- Preform 15 push-ups, rest 30 seconds
- Next: 2 more Half Gassers resting 30 seconds between each
- Then preform 15 sit-ups, rest 30 seconds
- Repeat steps 1-4
After you will have done a total of ย 8 half gassers, 2 sets of push-ups, 2 sets of sit-ups. Continue if you want to keep your workout going!

We like this workout because you have to after running, the activites help you to teach your body through breathing, catch your breath and preform the task. + if you only have 20 minutes this will definitely make that 2o minutes worth it!
