Full bod workout
Location: Go to high school field, track, or an open area to run some sprints
10 x 100s, 10 exercises in between
- Sprint 100 yards. 10 squats
- You have 1 minute to complete this then go into the next sprint
- Sprint 100 yards. 10 sit ups
- complete in 1 minute
- Sprint 100 yards. 10 push ups
- Sprint 100 yards. 1o leg raises
- Sprint 100 yards. 40 russian twists (side to side)
- REPEAT
- Sprint 100 yards. 10 squats
- Sprint 100 yards. 10 sit ups
- Spring 100 yards. 10 push ups
- Sprint 100 yards. 10 leg raises
- Sprint 100 yards. 40 russian twists
