I started doing BBG back in August but soon found out I was pregnant and quit almost immediately, mostly because I was too nauseous to work out. Going on 8 weeks post partum I am going on the second round BBG. BBG stands for Bikini Guide Workout For those of you who aren’t familiar with this workout. Here is the website. I am doing the app version It is basically 4 sets of 7 min workouts. It looks so simple, but once you start moving its not. I am especially struggling on the arms but hoping to get my strength back soon.
I love these workouts because I can do them at home with Mason during nap time and they are only 30 min long!

Monday- BBG arms
Tues- 5 mile run to walk (until I can make a full 5 running)
Wed-BBG legs / 30 min walk
Thurs- run / walk 45 min some light weights with arms
Friday- BBG full body / 30 min walk
Saturday- run / ย sit ups (100) and push ups (100)

This Adidas top was one of my favorite tops to wear when pregnant and of course when I saw this in a yellow tank version I needed it! I love wearing these tops with everything from leggings to boyfriend jeans, to shorts. My sisters both have this top in couple colors and my dad even has one. They do run a little big for a bf sized look and also look cute knotted. ย I just found the dress version too! I might need it! Also just ordered these pink leggings for only $22! They come in several colors!
