Last week Anne & I filmed one of our home workouts to share with you all! Sharing the videos over on Instagram story, but here is a detailed list of on of our new favorite workouts!
The three of us love running and typically always include it in our workouts- it gives the best feeling of accomplishment afterwards and we always tend to see the most reward! lately we have been all about the abs/arms with light weights or bodyweight post-run. During the summer it can be hard to stay on track, but we try to keep our workouts simple and consistent! It definitely helps having a workout partner to keep each other accountable! When Anne was away from her house she made sure that her and Matt stayed in contact virtually holding each other accountable everyday and doing the same workout! Also, Anne & I are in wedding workout mode! Now that she has her date set we are in full sweating for the wedding mode!

What you need: Kettlebell (we use 15lb) or one 10-15lb dumbbell. All weight equipment has been super hard to find, so it’s ok to get creative!
Run: 2.5- 3 miles *we have been running outside *added bonus with hills, but treadmill is great too!
Abs/Arms:
- 10 x squat pulses holding 10-15 lb weight (normal squat just bounce twice when you get down)
- 10 x Kettle Bell throws * make sure your back is tight and straight, don’t hunch over
- 20 x (10 each side) dumbbell row using a chair if you don’t have a bench!
- 10 x kettle bell raises (hold in front of you)
- 1 minute wall sit! * if you have a partner pass a weight back and forth
