Hi guys! One reason we love doing these weekly Workout Wednesdays is because they are real and truly what we do. We focus a lot of a quick, but intense workout that aren’t going to take hours of your day. Being so busy in our lives it’s easy to skip a workout and make excuses, but when 30 minutes is all you need it makes a difference in your physical & mental health!
Below is a Treadmill I’ve been loving lately:
- Run on 7 (this should be a fast pace run) for mile 1
- Continue on speed 7 increase incline to 1
- Increase incline to 2 (increase every 2 minutes)
- incline 3
- incline 4 etc…
- (if you need to go down in speed still continue increasing your incline)
Abs & Arms:
SET 1
50 Russian Twists into…
15 suitcases into..
30 bicycles
15 push-ups into…
15 tricep dips into…
10 push ups (hold low for 5 seconds)
REPEAT SET 3 TIMES
