40 russian twists
15 suitcases
30 bicycles (15 each side)
BREAK 30 seconds and repeat
Second Set
high to low plank (20 total)
pulse plank (rock forward in back counting to 20)
elbow side plank moving hip up and down (10 each side)
BREAK 30 seconds and repeat
Grace Workout-
This past Monday I was given the ok to workout (after my 6 week check up) I have started the Kayla BBG plan. Its so hard. Honestly I can’t even do a push up anymore, pregnancy I was doing like 100! Up until then we (Mason and I have been doing walks) ! So fun when my sisters joined us on our daily walk to Dunkins below ๐ Mason was not having this walk at all! So happy they were with me to deal with a crying baby half the way home! I’ll do a post later after baby slimdown update! ย *** Also any moms you need this fan. I clip it into his stroller and he loves it. So perfect for this heat!
