Hi guys so totally slacking in the workout dept lately. Mason and I have both been sick then traveling and now just catching up trying to get back to our schedule. Anyways, sharing this quick workout we did this mornning and some cute clothes that are always good motivation. I seriously live in workout clothes and all of these are totally acceptable to wear around all day to even casual dinners (or our fav Panera) ! Ok and if you don’t have these leggings you NEED them. A less expensive version is here, my sister has them and loves them. They are a little heavier material so love them for cooler weather. 2 miles (we run to Dunkins and back) I always get a decaf ice with almond milk and Thank god for our coffee holder in our stroller. I just got Mason his own Coffee Cup here (he thinks hes so cool now)
500 jumps – took me a few weeks to work up to this…need jump rope
100 squats
50 push upsย
50 sit upsย
30 split jumps
( I usually alternate pushups and squats while Mason watches)
Overall it usually takes around 45 mins and helps me have more energy for the rest of the day:)
