I wanted to share a quick work out Wednesday. I used to run for miles but with Mason I hate leaving him at the gym that long and he will not stay in the stroller that long so this is what I have been doing most days along with 15 min of a circuit or weights…
3.0 miles total walk the last half
.25 at 6.5 mph
.50 at 7.0 mph
.75 at 7.5 mph
1.0 at 8.0
REPEAT
(basically every quarter mile I increase speed then work my way down)
A ciruit for my might look like this (Everyday its different I just make it up as I go along)… 15 min repeat all exercised as many times as you can
20 push ups
15 V ups
15 box jumps to burpee
40 mountain climbers
40 russian twists
REPEAT as many times as you can in 15 min
