Since having Mason I have not been able to work out as much or as long as I used to and that is fine I just try to maximize my time when I do. Six out of seven days we work out together so I wanted to share a quick workout that can be done with or without a stroller:) (Adjust to your level this is what I have been doing lately).
I have also been doing the BBG app but honestly haven’t been too committed. I try to do something at least once a day… even if its just walking to get our Dunkins Coffee.
I didn’t believe the hype about these leggings until I purchased them during the Nsale. I actually like them better than some of my lululemon leggings that are more than double the price of these. These leggings are so perfect and high waisted. I went with and xsmall but probably could have done a small too. They just suck EVERYTHING in! I will wear them with a big sweater and booties too! ย Also ps. this pair is on sale!!
I am wearing this high neck sports bra. I usually wear a tank or this long sleeve mesh top over it but wanted to show you all the cute detail. Also these sneakers are worth the splurge! I would say they run TTS.
