Loving two piece workout sets! Ever since the three us all got this matching set- TOP/LEGGINGS, we have been obsessed. One of the looks that I am sharing today is under $70 together and has the cutest scalloped details- TOP/LEGGINGS. I’m wearing a XS in the leggings and a small in this sports bra- this bra comes padded and these leggings are thin, but so comfy & totally worth the price. I highly recommended them!

(Grace) So I quit BBG and basically make up my own circuits and incorporate running. So example yesterdays workout ( i got through everything about 2.5 times)
2.5 mile run
14 min total circuit (so repeat until 14 min)
- Pull ups ( I do as many as I can unassisted but to modify use band and shoot for 10)
- Bicycles x40
- Walking lunges with or without weighted bar ( I use 20 lbs) 12 on each side
- plank 1 min
- burpee to jump box jump x12
- REPEAT
