The hardest part about this one is actually starting! It is such an effective quick workout and after it you will feel so good and energized!
Honestly you can change up speeds and reps to fit your needs. This is something that works and challenges me. I typically do something like this a few times a week while the kids play. I love that it doesn’t take long but makes you feel great!
Run til .33 (I try to stay on 9/8 mph)
- 10 burpees
- 10 lunge to overhead press (both sides)e
- 20 ab twists (I use 10-15lb weight)
- 20 squats (weight optional)
Run til .66 (again I try to run at 8/9 mph usually going down to 7mph last
REPEAT the circuit
Run til 1 mile (I try to stay 8/9 mph)
REPEAT circuit
WALK a mile (if time allows I try to walk)
