Hi Guys! Grace here. It has been quite a while since we have shared a workout Wednesday post. If you search workout you will find quite a few ideas. Anyways, I have been going to Orange Theory a couple times a week and what I like about it is that we can see our heart rate, calories burned, and basically see how hard you are working. The other day we did a treadmill workout that incorporated inclines! My heart rate shot up more that running on a higher speed , if that makes sense. I was shocked. Of course I wanted to share some cute active wear I m loving too!
Sample workout below. Modify as needed. I try to go faster as the incline decreases. GOOD LUCK!
