This summer has flown by! I (Grace) and the two boys (Mason 2 and Jackson 8 months) have been back and forth to MA twice this summer and are currently at the beach tagging along on my husbands work trip. I feel like I have been unpacking and packing all summer! Oh and laundry LOL!
- Always bring disposable changing pads to change anywhere and protect from germs.
- I always wear black because it hides everything I get on me!! I love this tank I m wearing above (it also dries fast!)
- I typically wear slides to get through security easy! I’m wearing these birkenstocks above they are so comfy but also got this pair for $15!!
- I used to bring a new toy for Mason on the plane but now I just let him pick out what he wants to bring. Mason loves filling his backpack to go anywhere!!
- On that note, Mason also loves to bring his own suitcase. He does a good job wheeling it too!
- Bring as little as possible on the plane. I always stash lysol wipes somewhere easy to get to so I can wipe down our seats.
- Bring a lot of snacks. They were a lifesaver in helping Mason’s ears with the landing and takeoff.
- I use this stroller for travel because it is narrow and easy to fold up.
- I never really travel with car seats (because we usually just go home and my mom has them) but if you do box them up and be sure to write your name on them. The baby gets a free item checked. You can also rent for a fee upon arrival. This carseat is a great travel option and cheaper than renting one. This bag is a good option to put carseat or stroller in.
- Jackson never really took a pacifier but with Mason I always had these clips on him . Also grab these pacifier wipes
- Have diapers and wipes accessible !!
- hand wipes are a must
- Jackson loves these teethers. They will occupy him for a while but kinda get everything sticky.
- Mason will play with anything but his toys on the plane. The plastic drink cups are his favorite. Everyone is different though hopefully your kids like toys
- I love this diaper bag because it has so much space. Having two kids I need more room and I always try to fit my computer in too! It also frees up my hands
- Always bring a change of clothes for kids and a shirt for yourself if you can fit it! I will never forget arriving in Dallas for the Reward Style conference and Mason had to take his shirt off and I was covered in water! he was playing with the water cup!
- If we are driving we usually bring a yeti cooler but flying I always freeze this bag and keep the milk in my diaper bag.
