black joggers / tank $20 / bralette /spakle slides/ pink jacket
I feel like we have literally been in the car forever! Over the last week and a half we (Grace and family) took two road trips. First to GA then to Tampa to crash my husbands work trip. Both are around 7 hrs! Safe to say we are all set with going anywhere for a while. With my husbands family living in GA we have some experience with road trips and long stretches with no where to stop. With summer here I m sure you all have something fun planned.
- Pack food and healthy snacks. We always use this yeti but any cooler would work! I recently became addicte to these protein muffins below.
- I always try to make lunch, just grab cold cuts or a salad at the local market!
- Speaking of snacks some healthy options we love are cut up fruit, one bars, pop chips, cut up veggies . I always put anything that doesnt need a cooler in these bags .
- Pack workout bands, sneakers , ect. Whatever it is that will get you moving. I recently started doing barremethod online! You can easily use waterbottles instead of weights and anyways most of its without equipment
- plan ahead- think logically about your next meal rather than last minute decsions
- Grab a partner! If we have the jogging stroller or someone to watch Mason my husband and I will go for a run together . Its always safer too if your going outside in a new area.
- If possible try to walk places.
- Its obvious you ll be going to eat or stopping at a fast food place…or a few so be sure to find their healthy option or a healthier restaurant in general. Some of my favorite orders are Chick fil a- spicy chicken salad, Zaxbys- blackened chicken salad, Cheesecake – has a huge section of healthy offerings. I love the chopped chicken salad. Parena – you pick 2 soup and salad. Mason and I love egg and cheese mccmuffins at Dunkins!
- Dont drink your calories! ex too many cocktails, soda, smoothies (sometimes decieving ) etc! I stick to coffee with skim or seltzer and water.
- Dress the part! I cant imagine being in anything other than comfy joggers or leggings. Some of my go to travel pieces are linked below . I almost always wear these bralettes and tanks. Get out and walk and stretch when you can 🙂

- This fleece is on my wishlist! I love how it has thumb holes and you can just wear a tank under
- If you want to be more presentable get these joggers! I am so obsessed and they are light weight . You can easily wear with a wedge or sneakers
- I almost always wear these bralettes
- They pair well with these tanks or these tanks (shown below)
- I usually do sandals or slides love this new pair of slides
- These whisper tees are the softest and a little oversized

Protein Muffin Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs I also added 2 egg whites
- any veggies optional ( i used tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach)
- salt and pepper to taste
- muffin tray (and butter to grease it or muffin papers)
Mix all ingredients and bake for 18 to 20 min at 375
