Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Got a little festive this Workout Wednesday and went with lucky # 7 exercises to do with bodyweight only. Over the past few months, we have been adding in a lot of bodyweight exercises or small weights and this has made a huge difference in my strength. 1. I love that I can do these exercises anywhere and 2. I love the toned and definition that my arms and legs are getting from using my own bodyweight. Adding in more reps with no weight, instead of adding in less reps, but heavier weight has definitely been key for me.
7 BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES:

โข10 high/low plank + push-up (high, low, push up = 1)
โขTricep dips with leg cross [7 each side] keep your hips up, the added leg provides a weight that makes it tougher!
โขStarfish crunch [7 each side]
โขSide plank leg raises [7 each leg] keep legs straight and core tight
โขElbow to knee [7 each side] keep your core tight
โข15 jump squats use your arms to drive upwards
โข10 Crunch/ suitcase combo [crunch, down, crunch, suitcase = 1] find your balance and stay focus, you’ll get in a rhythm
