Calling this workout the ‘Snow Day Workout’ because since we got snow here for a few days were weren’t able to get outside for our daily run. Back in MA our family said they received 18inches! If you are stuck inside this is a great workout I put together it hit all parts of your body. I did this 2 days in a row and I feel my muscles getting stronger! Also, sore! (a good sore) ๐

Snow Day Workout
- 1 minute of jump rope
- 1 minute of jumping jacks
- 30 seconds wall sits weighted twist [12lb kettlebell] keep your core and arms tight
- 50 Mountain climbers keep your core tight & good form for your back!
- 30 Plank knee to elbow find your balance, keep in plank form with you core tight and back flat
- 10 push-ups, 10 (each side) plank up & down on palm & low on fore arm
- 20 triceps down up, leg up alternate –Find your balance and keep your hips up! If you are having terrible finding a rhythm just do 20 regular
REPEAT 2-3X depending on how you feel! If I run before I’ll do double up on the arms/abs exย
youโll feel it all over your body the next day! The arm exercises back to back really made me feel the burn!
