It has been so nice being back together! Since Anne has been back in Mass we have all been working out together every morning! Seriously it has been keeping us all sane and scheduled! For us the hardest part is always just getting up, but knowing how accomplished and great we feel after is the best reward! Below we are sharing today’s workout!
Today’s Workout:
5 x 100 yard Hill Springs OR do 10 x 50 yard Hill sprints sprint up and jog down is one
Partner abs– one parter lay on your back and hold your partners ankles. Take turns throwing each others ankles down! Use your core muscles to not let your feet touch the ground.
10 Push-ups– face each other and tap each others opposite hands
25 sit-ups– face each other and tap each others opposite hands on the way up
25 crunches – lay on your back and put your feet at a 90 degree angle- partner doing the same. Push hard against each others feet!
