Can’t believe I am already in the third trimester of this pregnancy. It has flown by faster than the first two for sure! On instagram I shared a quick workout that anyone can do. I sometimes try to sneak them in while watching the boys. It takes 10-15 min and leaves me sore. Nothing like the workout I used to do pre pregnancy, but it is something!
