Happy Friday! Anne and I are still in Florida working, but were lucky enough to visit with Grace & Mason the past couple days. Mason is getting so big! It is so hard being away from family, I give my sister so much credit! Can’t wait for next months reunion in Dallas!
Today’s Friday Five is all about fitness! We are sharing some tips to help stay in shape while traveling as well as some recent purchases.
Five- Step Workout:
- 10 Jump squats
- 5 second squat hold x 10 reps
- 10 Triceps (we usually use a coffee table or chair)
- 15 push-ups
- 50 Russian Twists
