Workout Wednesday!

After traveling it’s always nice to get back home and settle into a schedule. Staying consistent it one of my biggest goals when working out and sometimes traveling will make that tough! As most of you know the three of us are former collegiate athletes so we pull from our experiences to now try and get that same and positive feeling in our routine when working out. During college sports our workouts were so consistent and every hour of the day was planned! Now each workout is put on us to find the motivation to push through. If working out is something that feels like a chore to do, I always love the idea of mindful thinking and asking yourself these questions.

  • Why do you workout?– Is it to stay healthy, to look good, an enjoyable hobby, etc?
  • Is there someone or something that motivates you? I know my siblings motivate me! Grace can do 6 miles like it’s nothing, while sometimes 1.5 miles feels like forever. From my brother I know I learned so much about being positive and pushing through no matter what- he is a former NFL player & played football at Brown!
  • What’s your favorite thing about working out?ย Is it the feeling after? Post workout food motivation?ย

St. Patrick’s Day Inspo

If anyone knows us, they know how we love our weekends and that one sure did go fast.ย  Atleast this weekend coming up is St. Patrick’s Day! Such a fun holiday to celebrate! It doesn’t matter if you are Irish or not- Saturday’s are for celebrating (we are all a 1/4 irish (my dad’s side))! St. Patty’s day always reminds me of college and how us and our friends would always go all out in our green and shamrock clothing to celebrate. Even though I (Kate) own nothing green I think that will change + I love going all out for a celebration especially with some of the below finds- like these graphic tees! What do you all do?!
