Finally sitting down to write a review of our magical stay at the King & Prince Beach and Golf Resort on Georgia’s St. Simons Island. This was our second time staying at the Resort, the first being in July. Last weekend was our more recent trip. There is truly something special about the beach during the fall. The mornings were a little brisk but the days warmed up to head to the beach and pool and still get some sun. I have always loved beach trips during the fall because the crowd seems to die down
Full disclosure this trip was a sponsored trip, however King and Prince is one our our favorite places to visit. Before we even leave the boy ask us when we can come back. They love to do both the beach and the pool and Charlotte just goes along for the ride. It is so nice to be able to have both and break up the day. The King and Prince is the only hotel on the Island with beach access. There is a large kiddie pool area too for the kids!
Another reason I love King and Prince is because you really do not need to have a car. We did use our stroller a lot to walk around the property. I always travel with my bob double if its somewhere where I might take a run with two of the kids. If you are coming from out of town you will be fine at the Resort and their are plenty places to walk or bike to. We drive from middle GA which takes around three and a half hours. A typical day starts by walking over the The Cottage which is the resorts coffee, pastry, ice cream and gift shop. They also have an amazing playground there that the kids love! Lunch typically is grabbing some food and drinks by the pool. We usually walk to Echo the restaurant on the property for dinner. I swear its so good. If you do go the the Brussel sprout app its so good! We watched the most gorgeous wedding on the beach one night!
Sharing some snaps from our weekend below. Hope it inspires you to take the trip! Thank you so much to King and Prince for hosting us-Grace and Family.
