As promised my review from last weekend in Nashville! It was a quick trip for sure, but we were able to take a quick southwest flight from Panama City Beach to Nashville.It was only about 45 minutes! We stayed at this gorgeous hotel Gaylord Marriott . It was my second time staying there so I was familiar with it. It can be overwhelming though, it is so big and we still got lost a lot. There are several restaurants, bars, and shops inside, and a lot to do there. We got in around 10 and a few restaurants were still open, so we hit up the Old Hickory Steak House. Below are some pictures of the inside of the hotel. It looks like the jungle with fancy restaurants and balconys over looking it!
Saturday it rained all day, but it was a good day for our planned General Jackson Boat Tour. This consisted of a live country concert and a buffet. I was pretty nervous about what kind of food was going to be served (I even brought my own snacks in my purse) but it was really good! The singers were great too, however I thought the cruise was about an hour too long lol! I posted some picts of the food and cruise below. I was stuffed!
Saturday night we hit up Broadway street and saw some live bands play. We ate at a cute sports bar Bailey’s . Some fun bars were Tooties, The Gold Rush, and WannaB Karaoke.
Sunday- we drove to the downtown to get breakfast, but quickly found nothing open so just walked to the Cracker Barrel by our hotel. After we drove to the Belle Meade Plantation. It was gorgeous. They have a restaurant, a wine cellar, and the cutest gift shop. I wish I took pictures, but check out the link. Its worth the 30 min ride. It just so happened to be on the way to the Mall at Greenhills. Hint… tell your husband you have a return and he will take you lol!! Anyways, it was probably my favorite mall ever!! All I can talk about is moving near it. Yes I m crazy. but it had every store from madewell , athleta, dillards to nordstroms! Heaven !
There is so much to do there, we easily could have stayed a few more days! At least its close. Some picts and outfit details below. Does anyone have any fun plans? I hope to unpack.
