Mondays call for some extra coffee please! So if you are like me and Kate lately you definitely need some [workout] motivation for this coming week. We are using this Monday as a starting point for getting back in shape and working towards a goal to become stronger and more fit. Being division 1 lacrosse players we have this drive and energy in us that comes with working out. We were in the best shapes our of lives after dedicating 3+ hours a day on workouts & lacrosse in college and now are looking forward to getting back into the swing of things. Set goals,ย staying disciplined, & buy some cute gear!
Below we put a fun workout come this Monday, also some cute workout gear! (We literally said to ourselves that we need some new clothes to get motivated lol)
CARDIO:
Start: Go to a near by track (treadmill will work too!)
Start off jogging.
- Sprint once you hit the straight part of the track (aka the 100 meter mark)
- Jog the curve
- REPEAT until 2 laps are completed
- After two laps of jog/ sprint do the following:
- 10 squats
- 10 push ups
- 10 sit ups
- Start two more jog/sprint laps once completed do the following:
- 10 jump squats
- 10 push ups
- 40 russian twists
- Complete two more laps
- Complete:
- 10 step ups (each leg)
- 40 bicycles (20 each side)
- 10 push ups
- STRETCH
