Today we are sharing with you a Motivation Monday on some tips for staying motivated through this cold weather. If your like the three of us you’d rather workout outside than inside. I love the difference being outside makes & in Massachusetts you can feel the MAJOR difference especially in your chest. My lungs are still adjusting to the cold, cold air! I always feel really good on a treadmill and as soon as I get outside it’s so much harder to breathe. Below are some tips/ motivation for this Monday:
- Get some cold weather gear
- Wool socks –only thing that got us through playing lacrosse..we didn’t have an indoor facility!
- Ear warmer
- Sweatshirt with enough flexible to move in
- Leggings with some warmth // these are cool running joggers
- The holidays are HEREEE! Now is the time to get all those workouts in before the feasts & busy shopping days
- Buy some new sneakers for motivation // love these for $85
- It’s a short week! Get us to Thursday!!
- Treat yourself. After every workout Kate & I immediately get in the car & get Dunkins coffee!
