What better day to feel motivated than Monday!!—well maybe not. If your like us the start of the weekย can be tough to get through, but we found that putting our bodies to the test and getting in a good workout that always seems to brighten our spirits. After a workout we always leave feeling accomplished. It is honestly the best feeling!ย This mondays motivation is looking pretty good if you ask us ๐
Part 1:
- Like last week, go to the track, turf, or a a field with 100 yards marked out.
- This set is going to be a total of 10, 100s
- Each 100 you recovery/ rest time will be a different activity
- 1. Sprint 100 yards, immediately after do 10 squats
- 2. Sprint 100 yards, immediately after do 10 push-ups
- 3. Sprint 100 yards, do 10 sit-ups
- 4. Sprint 100 yards, do 10 second squat hold
- 5. Sprint 100 yards, do 10 high-to-low plank. (put your hands on the ground in a plank position, then go down on your forearm, then back up one arm at a time. Count to 10 reps)
- 6. Sprint 100 yards, do 30 russian twists
- 7. Sprint 100 yards, do jump squats. (Jump in the air after each squat and let it bring you into your next rep)
- 8. Sprint 100 yards, 10 toe touches
- 9. Sprint 100 yards,ย 10ย walking lunges
- 10. Sprint 100 yards, 10 burpees (go into a high plank positionย and kick your feet in and out than jump in the air, than back into the same position. Sorry if this description isn’t helping! Youtube would probably be better at explaining lol)
