If you saw my insta, I can’t get over how big Kibbles is getting! All she wants to do is eat. AH!! Anyways, this past weekend I was not motivated at all, but once I started running I felt a little better and created this quick workout! Please change it to your fitness level… this is just something to change up the normal run!
Run 1 mile or so to track (worked for me because the track is nearby if not, just run at the track)
Sprint one lap- 50-100 airsquats
sprint lap two- 25-50 push ups
sprint lap three- 50 walking lunges
spring lap four- 25-50 dips (I used a picnic table putting my legs infront of me)
one mile walk home:)
