Sweatshirt – Leggings – Tank – Sneakers – Hat
Hi guys! With the new year finally here, it’s time to really kick it into gear. Kate and I have been hitting the gym and working towards our goal of a 10K in Disney next month! Being former Division 1 athletes having a set goal and something to work towards definitely helps in the training process.
Lately I’ve been looking for some affordable workout gear (that you can wear to the gym lol!) Every time workout wear it’s just for lounging & coffee runs! Below are some favorites:

My workout today:
CARDIO: 3.5 miles (working towards 6 miles next month)
ABS & ARMS: (grab 2 – 5lb weights)
- 50 Russian Twists – hold both weights together
- 15 suitcases – hold both weights
- 15 push-ups
- 30 toe touches – hold both weights
- 5 push-ups with a 5 sec hold (count to 5 sec on the way down this should burn a little then come back up)
- Arms – stand up and hold each 5 lb plate in your hands –make a Y with them and a T. This should be a constant movement and your shoulders will start to burn! Do 6 reps (1Y, 1T = 1 Rep)
