Mondays are tough, fitting everything in and working out on a Monday is hard, not gonna lie, but after I feel so much better and have more energy to conquer the rest of my day!
This little moderate interval workout was perfect for me today! Trying to ramp up the cardio with summer coming! Interval workouts are something I struggle with because they are tough! It helps to have a partner with these! I cant wait til my sisters can come visit me and push me!! I recently discoveredย Zellaย workout wear! I love the quality and its a fraction of the price of Lululemon!
