So crazy to look back and think two years a go Mason was taking his sweet time making it into the world! This past month he has been saying “Happy Birthday to May May”(his nickname from his cousin Nora) not sure that he knows what it means yet but he asked for a dump truck. LOL! Poor thing will have to wait a day or two to celebrate. With everything going on with our move we were scheduled to leave May 9th I had to schedule his Doctor appointment on his Birthday. I don’t want him to be upset so we ll probably celebrate Thurs or Friday.
MASON LIKES
- Trucks and Trains. He can name more trucks than I even know about. Probably from watching Blippi (his favorite show)
- We didn’t go crazy with presents as we are moving in 2 weeks but when we move I promised him This train set!
- How cool are these watercolor books.… no mess!! He loves doing these or having me help him.
- Shoes. He actually tries on every single pair about once a week and when we go to target. The shoe aisle is his favorite spot LOL! This pair is the best, easy to put on and goes with everything. I just recently washed them and they look brand new! Got him these loafers for his Bday!
- Only wears tees with trucks, dinosaurs or some animal or “Mick Mouse”. He is going to love these lizard and truck shorts! Getting dressed is a challenge.
- He follows me around all day long lately he carries around these jellycat stuffed animals. He has three that he has to take with him for naps and bedtime. I’m sure next month it will be something else . He also takes his trucks to nap sometimes if he can hold them!
- Loves “Do Do’s” (donuts) of course. Egg and Cheese wraps from Dunkin’ are about the only thing he consistently likes to eat
- Still not sure what to think about his brother. He calls him baby. This week he has been trying to make him laugh. He still won’t hold the baby. In case your wondering why we have no pictures of them together LOL.
- Hats, sunglasses , necklaces. Takes after his mom again.
- Firetrucks -Probably his favorite thing ever! Will share his little theme party on story this week ๐
DISLIKES
- Taking pictures…
- Eating anything healthy
- Wearing collared shirts
- Getting Hair cuts! Thank god my sisters were here last hair cut. It was quite the event. LOL!
I find a lot of the boys matching outfits at H&M because they carry sizes from newborn up. Most places stop at 24 months which makes it tricky.
