Friday Five: Fitness Edition

Happy Friday! Anne and I are still in Florida working, but were lucky enough to visit with Grace & Mason the past couple days. Mason is getting so big! It is so hard being away from family, I give my sister so much credit! Can’t wait for next months reunion in Dallas!

Today’s Friday Five is all about fitness! We are sharing some tips to help stay in shape while traveling as well as some recent purchases.

Five- Step Workout:

1. 10 Jump squats
2. 5 second squat hold x 10 reps
3. 10 Triceps (we usually use a coffee table or chair)
4. 15 push-ups
5. 50 Russian Twists

Five Workout pieces:

1. These Leggings– we all just got them (size up!)/ Matching Cropped Sports bra
2. Scalloped sports bra ($22!)/ Scalloped pants ($40)!
3. Joggers-Soo comfy!
4. Love the band on these SHORTS

Five Sneakers:

1. These Adidas are brand new! Need these!
2. These Nike sneakers– just got and strictly only for working out!
3. Brooks Sneakers– Anne & Grace have and are obsessed definitely worth the price!
4. New Balance– love these for post workout
5. Nike Roshe– Grace has these- more so for post workout!

– I recently got the Spotify app and love it, you can literally listen to every song out there! Listening to music always helps push me through a tough workout!
