Friday Five

Hey guys! Kate here… just wanted to give a little update and some thoughts I’ve been thinking since we are now almost 3 weeks into the new year! And of course to share some Friday 5 picks! If some of you don’t know every Friday one of the three of us will do a “Friday Five” and share a little bit about us! Anything, in 5’s of course, from what we are thinking, excited for, shopping, the list goes on! Here is some of what I’m loving below.

5 Thoughts from our new home

1. Loving Austin TX so much- last Saturday and Sunday we explored Austin (finally) and found out why this city is soo cool! There was live music everywhere downtown and so much character!
2. We went to Pete’s Dueling Piano’s last weekend with our friends and it was amazing!! They have such great voices and sing unreal covers of any song you want. If you’re in Austin you need to go here!
3. Joel and I were recently reflecting on how grateful we are for the chance to see and live in new places. We were in Arizona last year and Joel played in Montreal & St. John’s, Newfoundland the 2 years before that.
4. Finally saw the “I love you so much” wall! Pic above!
5. Love the Texas winters haha! Doesn’t get nearly as cold as it is in Massachusetts. I’m at home in MA for a few days and it’s going to be 8 degrees on Monday!! Not a big fan of the cold.

3. Gucci dupe belt $23 (Thanks for the find Grace!!) It’s amazing! I went with the smaller size 93 cm normally a 25/26 waist
4. Blue light glasses– I’m on my computer for over 8 hours a day for work! These help protect your eyes and prevent headaches.
5. Clear luggage protector only $10. I recently got this carry on luggage for xmas and don’t want it to get dirty or scratched!
