The start of the new year is always a perfect time to start fresh and work on new fitness goals. If running and working out has been a constant for you, like us, now is a great time to re-focus and set specific goals you want to achieve. I’m trying to work on getting up earlier for workouts (aka getting to bed early (still have yet to do this!)
Also, Matt and I have been talking about little ways we improve everyday such as, adding another loop to our run or going to longer way, making arms/abs a must-do part of our workouts etc.

- 10 pulse squats [20lb]
- 10 kettlebell throws [12lb]
- 40 Russian twists into 15 suitcases [12lb]
