BBG update and at home workout

So many of you have asked how BBG is going…. well its not LOL I quit around mid June. For those of you that aren’t familiar with it, BBG stands for Bikini Body Guide and is a series of high intensity workouts that can be done at home or on the go in under 30 min ( I did on the app).

I started this around 7 week after Jackson and did complete it for around 8 weeks on and off then 8 weeks straight. However, I felt like it was making me gain muscle mass. I also honestly got a little bored completing the same exercises over and over again. I also love making up my own workouts so it kinda took the fun away from working out for me.

I know so many of you have seen amazing results from BBG and I have also seen them, it just wasn’t for me. Everyones body is different and I just think I build muscle too fast LOL. As of now, I do not have a gym membership but complete workouts at home.

Lately my workout (with two kids) consists of a morning run of around 2-4 miles. Sometimes we end up walking because it has been so hot even before our 8:30 start time. If the kids nap later I am able to fit in a quick circuit later on. An example of something I do a lot is below.

• 20 jump squats
• 25 push ups
• 15 v ups
• 40 russian twists

(complete this 3-4 times) throughout the day
