A while back I mentioned how I was doing the BBG (bikini body guide) workout by Kayla Itsines. Just a little about this workout.. It is a series of high intensity movements over the course of 28 minutes.
I signed up for the app which was around $20 a month. The good thing about this is that you can do this workout pretty much anywhere because it requires minimal equipment.
I did notice a changeย in my body right away. The arms and abs days were the most challenging for me, which I noticed results right away. I did also see my legs grow! AH !! so I googled results and notices others saw the same. I know its different for everyone, but I chose not to continue with this work out. Mainly because I enjoy running and making up my own work outs! I would recommend doing this workout with a friend or for someone who doesn’t do much strength training on their own. I personally like to make up my own routines and workout with my husband a lot. It was sorta daunting to keep up with the app when I wanted to do others things.
I will however incorporate some of the moves into my everyday workout and think its important to always be changing up your workout, but I chose not to continue with this program. This week I signed up for Barre online again. Also I will continue running. Happy Monday and thanks for stopping bye! XO!
