This past week Anne came to Arizona for a visit! It was so nice having her visit and some quality time together- we are identical twins so any time we are apart is really difficult. It was her first time here and ever visiting AZ so I wanted to show her some fun things to do! I think the weather alone had her loving Arizona- literally 75-80 degrees compared to the negative weather back in Massachusetts! I’ve been here back and forth since November so I am still trying to find my way around so it was finally nice to do some exploring! Here are some things we did this past week listed below!
- Camelback Mountain, Phoenix
- Such a fun experience! We literally didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into! We did the Echo Canyon Trail & be ready to basically rock climb! Definitely a must do when in Phoenix
- Fashion Square; Scottsdale
- The best shopping mall I think I’ve ever been to!
- Creamistry- Ice cream shop located all around Scottsdale area! Kind of like a cold stone creamery, but they like freeze it and make customized flavors using liquid nitrogen!
- La Encantada (shopping & Dining); Tucson
- Tacos & Tequila restaurant had the best Margs & Mexican!
- Tumamoc Hill; Tucson
- Increase & paved hike- such a good workout and perfect if you want a relaxing hike!
Definitely on the list for the next time family comes to town will be Sedona, Grand Canyon, Top Golf (dying to go- they have one in Phoenix & Tucson) & more hiking! Any more suggestions keep them coming!
