Happy Workout Wednesday! We have been definitely working on sharing more our our fitness routines lately and wanted to share some basic no equipment needed exercises that are simple yet will make you feel so good! I did the workout yesterday to try it out and my legs are so sore today!

- 8 x squat pulses ( pulse 5 times in squat position then accelerate up)
- 10 each (20 total) Lateral Squats– make sure to sit back as you lunge to the side and push your hips back
- 8x 5 second push-ups– count to five on the way down then accelerate up
- 30 Bicycles
- right into 15 Suitcases – keep your legs as straight as possible
- 20 Triceps– face hands in and push your hips up!
