So excited to share a partner workout on the blog today! Since Kate and I (Anne) are together for the week we wanted to show you some exercises to do with a workout partner or without. When we are visiting each other, we often just have one set of weights or dumbbells, you’ll see in the videos below how we managed and incorporated that!

- 20 partner leg throws (1 partner lays on back & hold ankles, while other partner throws legs to the middle or side to side)
- 30 second circular pulse squats (count to 3 & jump between each front, side, back, side, middle)
- 20 triceps with partner foot tap (keep your hips up)
- 15 Russian Twists, 15 suitcases (1 partner hold 15lb kettlebell, 1 without) then switch and do 15, 15 again (DON’T DROP)
- 3 second squat hold (8 total)
- Front lunges (8 each leg, 16 total)ย
- 6 front, 6 diagonal, 6 lateral arm raises 2x through while partner holds in Plankย
