Sports bra (more sizes here) / Workout leggings / sneakers / Visor/ Stroller
Hi Guys! Thought it was Wednesday today, but who is keeping track anymore.
Grace here sharing a quick workout. To be honest, I typically do most of my workouts at home, with the kids or during nap time. Yesterday I completed this one while Jackson napped and Mason played bubbles next to me. I have been doing more high intensity workouts rather than long runs which I used to do. I think it is important to change it up so your body doesn’t plateau.
*If you don’t have a treadmill just run around the block or track. At our old house I had mapped out a mile run. I have weights similar to these that adjust.
- warm up .5 mile typically 6.0
- 1 Mile run as fast as you can. This is really hard mentally for me as well as physically!! I am still trying to get my goal of 6:30 which means I typically run at 9.0. Do whatever works for your. It took me a while to work up to this! Any movement is good movement, right!?
- walk 1 min
- cool down run .5 miles
- V ups 3 sets of 15 (ALTERNATE with below)
- 12 skater lunges on each leg (I use discs but paper plates work too!)( x3) I hold a weight in the opposite hand of the leg extending.
- Dumbbell pushups 10 on each side x 3
