27 Things for our 27th!

Crazy to think today is our (Kate & Anne’s) 27th birthday! I feel like we blinked and all the sudden it’s August! I know we say that every year, but this year especially really went fast! Anne & I wanted to share some fun facts about us in honor of our birthday!

1. We are identical twins, Kate born 2 minutes before Anne!
2. We are two of four siblings- Grace is older by 8 years (everyone always asks about the age difference, but honestly the older we got the more we never realized it and the closer we became)! Our brother Buddy is 6 years older! It is so fun having older siblings to help navigate through life!
3. Our parents tried for 5 years to have another baby, then had us two! My mom always tells us about the day her and my dad found out they were having twins!
4. We are aunts to 5 nieces & nephews! Grace has two boys and our brother has 3 girls!
5. We have spent every birthday together- usually waking up at our parents house in our same room we grew up in! (this was suppose to be the first year we weren’t, Anne was suppose to be on her honeymoon in Hawaii)
6. We never fight or argue!
7. We are both getting married! For those new followers- Kate was suppose to be in June and Anne August! Anne’s moved to October and Kate’s wedding is still TBD
8. Anne lives in Virginia with her Fiancé Matt, but is always back and forth to Massachusetts!
9. Kate lives between Texas (for hockey season, Joel plays professionally for the Dallas Stars organization, Go Stars!) & Massachusetts with her fiancé Joel!
10. We both own houses and love sharing home finds!!
11. We both are marrying our college sweethearts
12. Both our wedding dresses are from the same designer from Flair Boston!! We said yes to the dress on the same day!
13. We all love going to Disney World more than anything with our family!! Seriously can’t wait to go back!
14. We always like to say we read each others minds and can communicate with a look lol!
15. We both received scholarships to play D1 lacrosse in college @ UMass Amherst- both defenders!
16. It was never an option to go to different colleges, we always wanted to go somewhere together! We roomed together for all 4 years!
17. We design our own crews, tees & sweatshirts through our family business Logo East Designs
18. You can always find us with an iced coffee in hand or at a winery on the weekends!
19. When we were little we always wanted to dress alike in the same thing or same thing different color- it was so hard for my mom to find two exact same things in the same size!
20. We still get matching hair cuts lol!
21. We have matching jeep wranglers! we got them when we got out of college- all through college we shared!
22. Our workouts are typically running and arms/abs!
23. Our go-to workout clothes, especially leggings are Lululemon
24. Love organizing- hate packing!
25. We grew up spending summers at Cape Cod with our family!
26. Favorite skin care products have been Tula! Ever since turning 25 our skin (yes both of us, weird twin things) had bad break out, but since using Tula it has helped so much! This Acne cleanser & this hydrating night/day cream
27. 26 brought us many ups and downs, but we have looking forward to everything year 27 has to bring, especially taking it on together!
