Wedding Update & Vendors

Kate & Anne here and we wanted to give a quick overview of our great vendors we are lucky enough to work with for our upcoming weddings! As many of you know my (Kate’s) wedding is at the end of June and Anne’s is in August! With so much uncertainty if we are going to have to to postpone our June wedding as of right now we decide to keep in on and wait a few more weeks until some decisions have to be made. It is such a crazy time with mixed emotions whether to plan or not to plan and to be honest we both have so much to do, but with everything going on it didn’t feel right planning. We took a few weeks off and decided that we are going to stay positive and finishing planning! Also, we have a received a bunch of questions so tried to answer them all below!

Engagement rings & wedding bands: Barmakian Jewelers -can’t wait to go in with the guys to pick our their bands!

Wedding Dresses & veil: Flair Boston– Stacey & her team are so amazing! She also has all the dresses on her Pinterest page. It was great picking from styles ahead of time so that we weren’t overwhelmed on the day of! Anne’s veil is from Flair as well. It will be hand made and she customized it to the length wanted! In addition to the beautiful gowns and bridesmaids dresses Flair has so many options for veils & hair accessories. Each veil is hand made & can be customized from the length to the lace, beaded etc.

Bridesmaid dresses: David’s Bridal (Kate) so fun heading into the Natick DB with a few of my bridesmaids to find the perfect dress!

Bella Bridesmaids (Anne) it was so fun heading downtown Boston with all but one of my bridesmaids, the team was awesome and the selection was huge! Originally, I wanted everyone to do a few different dresses, but once Kate tried on the one we are getting it was so beautiful that all the girls are going to be in it!

Invitations: Minted! Our save the date too! It was so great working with Minted they were so responsive and helped adjust and send over new proofs when we wanted the RSVP cards altered.

Hair: both our highlights & cut are done by Erin from The Shop in Tewksbury, MA. Anne & Grace’s day of hair styles were done by Lauren from The Shop!

Venues: Wychmere Beach Club (Kate) & Gibbet Hill (Anne)

Photographers– Esra Y Photography for both of us! Seriously Esra is amazing!

Videographers–

Music– Meritage DJ & Intermezzo musicians for wedding ceremony & cocktail hour

Flowers- ready for it….Whole Foods!! Grace’s wedding flowers and centerpieces were from Whole foods and came out so beautiful for a fraction of the cost! We are each working with the local florist near our venues and can’t wait to see the final product!

Tuxes/ suits- thinking of going with Black Tux!

Still have a few other things to go through such as transportation and gifts, but we are getting there!
